Job Description

  • Do you currently work (or want to work) on the Marketing side of a global recruitment agency?
  • Do you want / need a role that is 100% flexible to fit around your busy family life?
  • Do you want to be able to work from home / anywhere 100% of the time?

If you answered 'YES!’ to all three questions, then Digitalent has an amazing opportunity for you!...

The company:

Digitalent are a small but growing global recruitment agency with staff based in the UK, USA and Australia. We were founded in 2017 and we are a niche specialist in the Technology & Creative space. We are obsessed about delivering the best possible recruitment experience to our customers and we have a Net Promoter Score consistently above 90 to prove it!

The role:

This is a Recruitment Marketing role, NOT a sales role. If you are looking for a Recruitment Sales role specialising in the Marketing space, this isn’t the role for you! :-)

The Recruitment Marketing Executive role is a key member of the team at Digitalent. This hire would actually be our first ever in-house Marketing team member at Digitalent. A wee bit of background info for you…

In September of this year, we completed a full brand refresh that included a snazzy new logo, brand colours and typography which we love! We also released a brand-new website at the same time that has been built on HubSpot CMS Hub Professional and we would love the Marketing Executive to become an expert in HubSpot to get the most out of it.

If you are looking for a really varied role, this one will be about as varied and interesting as they come! We have clients across the UK, USA and Australia and they all need slightly different approaches when it comes to Marketing.

  • Ability to work autonomously when working from home.
  • We would prefer someone based anywhere in the UK for this role

What’s In It For You? (Company Perks & Benefits):

  • 10% Annual Bonus
  • 30 Days Annual Leave (plus Public Holidays on top).
  • Up to 5 days annual leave can be carried forward to the following year.
  • Work From Anywhere Policy (we do not have an office location and our team is completely distributed so this role will always be working from home). You can do your best work from wherever works best for you!
