Step 3: Recruiter Interview
We take over the first stage interview using the questions you have signed off on, recording the whole meeting using our innovative video interview platform.
Step 4: Talent Showcase
We provide you with access to the recorded video interviews, meaning you can watch and rewatch each one and share internally with your team. For security, all videos are password protected. We also timestamp videos so you can skip to the good stuff, and the recordings are never edited or tampered with.
Step 5: Client Interview
Like what a candidate has to say? We’ll let them know the feedback and can set up an interview with you as the next stage of your process.
Step 6: Offer
Once you’ve found the perfect candidate, we’ll take care of the salary negotiations, offer management and reference requests.
