We map the market and reach out to relevant candidates, including passive talent who aren't actively looking.

Step 3: Recruiter Interview

We conduct the first-stage interview using the questions you've signed off on, recording the full session through our video interview platform.

Step 4: Talent Showcase

We provide you with access to the recorded video interviews, meaning you can watch and rewatch each one and share internally with your team. For security, all videos are password protected. We also timestamp videos so you can jump to the sections that matter most, and the recordings are never edited or tampered with.

Step 5: Client Interview

When a candidate stands out, we share your feedback with them and arrange the next-stage interview with you directly.

Step 6: Offer

Once you've chosen your candidate, we handle salary negotiations, offer management and reference requests.

So, what’s Synergy all about?  It’s not just a fancy name. It’s our way of saving you a load of time and stress, while finding you better candidates. Basically, once you’ve told us about the role you need to fill, we handle the whole first stage of the interview process. 

We source candidates, hold interviews using our video interview software based on questions you’ve given us, then package it all up – along with their CV and tech assessment (if relevant) – and send you the results. We even time-stamp the videos so you can skip straight to the good stuff. We’ll also cover the later stages, including offer conversations, salary negotiations and more.
