Why Use a Specialist?
We focus exclusively on AI and ML roles, so we know the candidates, the compensation benchmarks, and what good looks like in this market. That means better shortlists and fewer wasted interviews.
Our Permanent Recruitment Process
Here's how we run every permanent search:
Step 1: Engagement
Share the role details, requirements and information on what character attributes you are looking for with us so we're aligned on exactly who and what you need.
Step 2: Market Mapping
We map the market against your requirements and give you an honest view of candidate availability, compensation expectations, and realistic timelines.
Step 3: Talent Attraction
We identify and approach candidates across our network and the wider market, including passive candidates who aren't actively looking.
Step 4: Showcase
We present a shortlist with detailed candidate profiles, including our assessment of each candidate's strengths, risks and fit against your brief.
Step 5: Interviews
We coordinate first-stage interviews with your shortlisted candidates. If you'd prefer, we can conduct them on your behalf through our Synergy video interview service. Leading candidates then progress through your process.
Step 6: Hiring
We manage offer negotiations, working with both sides to agree a package that secures the candidate and works for your budget.
Step 7: Aftercare
We stay in contact with both you and the candidate through the notice period, onboarding and beyond. If anything isn't working, we address it early.

Permanent Recruitment FAQS
What is permanent recruitment?
Permanent recruitment is the process of finding a candidate to fill a permanently contracted position within a business, organisation or company. The employee remains under the same contract, which may be subject to change in the future (for example changes to salary and working hours). Permanent employees are typically brought in with a view to a long-term working relationship.
What’s the difference between permanent and contract recruitment?
While permanent employees have an ongoing contract with the employer, contract recruitment differs in that the candidate is placed with a business for a set period of time. This could be anything from a few weeks to several months or longer. Another way contract recruitment is slightly different to permanent is the recruiter often negotiates a day rate of payment with the employer, rather than a fixed salary.
What does a permanent job type mean?
A permanent job is one where the employee is contracted on a permanent basis, rather than over a set or pre-defined period of time. Permanent employees are usually hired for a long-term role with the intention of progressing alongside the business.
What is a permanent recruitment service?
A permanent recruitment service is where a specialist recruitment agency takes over the search and negotiation to help the business find a suitable candidate. In some situations, the recruitment agency may also support first stage interviews and other parts of the process.
