Position Overview

As the AI-Enhanced UX Design Lead, you will work closely with Experience Strategists to develop impactful, AI-integrated, mid-fidelity application prototypes. You will lead a team known for its creative thinking and dedication to pioneering solutions that foster partnerships aimed at exceptional design and sustainable advancements in product and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-driven application prototypes tailored to specific business needs.
• Conduct AI-focused research with diverse user groups, analyzing data to extract vital insights and shaping AI applications that enhance user experiences.
• Organize and lead dynamic AI-focused workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to ideate and iterate on product designs.
• Articulate and champion innovative ideas that drive strategic changes across the organisation.
• Perform rigorous user testing of AI functionalities to assess user satisfaction, feature effectiveness, and areas for technological enhancement.
• Develop solutions that balance creative demands with policy, legislative, and AI technology constraints.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Experience Design, with a significant focus on AI-driven projects, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record in UX and UI design, with a strong emphasis on integrating artificial intelligence into user experiences.
• Expertise in conducting AI-specific audits, competitive benchmarking, and prototype testing.
• Proficient in using advanced prototyping tools like Figma, with a focus on AI features and interaction design.
• Strong collaborative skills, working closely with AI technologists and data scientists to assess feasibility and align project scopes with technical capabilities.

Project Experience

• Prior involvement in at least one major AI-focused project where you successfully integrated machine learning algorithms to enhance user interaction and personalised experiences, demonstrating measurable improvements in user engagement and satisfaction.
