If you have experience working with WebRTC and enjoy this space we have a great role for you.
I'm working with a small consultancy who are gaining a massive reputation for themselves in the States and worldwide for being Unreal Engine guru's especially when it comes to modern software engineering practices like cloud and containers.
Part of their work also covers streaming and in particular pixel streaming. This is where WebRTC comes in.
This is a niche role and they'd ideally love someone with the following previous experiences;

Experience building libwebrtc from scratch (ideally for various platforms)

Strong modern C++ skills

Experience modifying libwebrtc C++ code

Excellent familiarity with chrome://webrtc-internals and about:webrtc

Good understanding of the WebRTC specification

Thorough understanding of the process of frame transmission through WebRTC -
on both send and receive sides

Excellent familiarity with the JS WebRTC browser API.

Strong skill set with RTP packet inspection (e.g wireshark or similar)

Familiar with simulcast, SFUs, and scaling WebRTC beyond a few users
-
Good understanding of RTP, SCTP, FEC, RTX

Experience deploying STUN/TURN solutions
This role will be fully remote and paying around the $150k + Super mark.
