Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior QA Engineer to take a leading role in shaping testing strategy, automation frameworks, and quality standards for a high-performing tech team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive test automation, ensure robust coverage, and mentor engineers, all while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Establishing and tracking quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Leading shift-left testing practices, identifying defects early in development.
• Utilizing AI-driven testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Owning incident management and quality monitoring, ensuring reliability.
• Mentoring engineers in QA best practices, automation, and AI testing.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong test automation experience using frameworks like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python for automated testing.
• Experience in cloud-based testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Deep knowledge of performance, security, and API testing methodologies.
• A collaborative mindset, able to work across engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
• A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement in QA processes.
