The Role: Driving sales success through expert lead qualification

As an Opportunity Coordinator, you’ll be the strategic force within a high-performing sales funnel - qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into scheduled appointments for Senior Sales Advisors. You’ll play a crucial role in bridging marketing and sales efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaged prospects.

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients via email, phone, video calls, and direct messaging.
Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings for Senior Sales Advisors, ensuring they engage with the most promising leads.
Pipeline Management: Utilise the CRM to track and guide prospects efficiently.
Diagnostic Calls: Conduct 15-minute initial calls to assess prospects and prepare them for high-value conversations.
Lead Recovery: Reconnect with no-shows and hesitant leads, uncovering new opportunities.
Feedback & Strategy: Act as the bridge between sales and marketing, providing insights that refine lead generation efforts.

The process at a glance:

1️⃣ Leads are generated through books, podcasts, YouTube, ads, and live events.
2️⃣ Interested prospects book a call during/after events.
3️⃣ You reach out to assess their business stage (startup vs. established).
4️⃣ Conduct a 15-minute diagnostic call to evaluate their fit for the program.
5️⃣ Schedule high-potential leads for a 1-on-1 session with Senior Advisors.
6️⃣ Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams for continuous improvement.
7️⃣ Follow up with no-shows and undecided leads to recover lost opportunities.
