An exciting opportunity has opened for a HubSpot Solutions Expert / Implementation Specialist to join a dynamic agency that specializes in strategic HubSpot implementations. This role is perfect for someone with 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing HubSpot across multiple Hubs, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Client Onboarding & Implementation – Lead seamless HubSpot implementations, ensuring clients get the most out of their platforms.
- Training & Strategy – Provide expert guidance, share best practices, and help businesses maximize their ROI.
- Collaboration & Growth – Work alongside sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive successful HubSpot adoption.
- Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot technical challenges and recommend solutions that align with business goals.
What They’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience onboarding clients onto the full HubSpot ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub (Professional & Enterprise).
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software) are a huge plus!
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for clients.
- A problem-solver with a high level of business acumen and a customer-first approach.
