About Our Client
 
Our client is a forward-thinking global technology consulting firm specialising in innovative AI and machine learning solutions that drive business transformation and create growth opportunities for their customers. They are currently expanding their new AI team in Málaga to scale an exciting AI product for a leading global financial services company.
 
The Project
 
You'll be joining a dynamic team working on an innovative risk profiling solution that enhances regulatory compliance and strengthens financial security systems. This project involves advanced graph modelling and AI-driven infrastructure to optimise workflows across EMEA.
 
The Role
 
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join this exciting and groundbreaking project. This is an excellent opportunity for developers who are mid level or senior who are looking to advance their careers whilst working with cutting-edge technologies in the fintech space.
 

Position Details:

• Location: Hybrid working in Málaga (3 days office/2 days remote initially, with potential for fully remote after 6 months)
• Start Date: May or June 2025
• Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Employment Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Flask, and Flask extensions
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using TypeScript and React
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange
• Perform data manipulation and analysis using numpy and pandas
• Integrate AI models and services into application workflows
• Deploy applications using Docker on cloud infrastructure
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a developer with full stack capabilities
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Flask
• Experience with TypeScript and React
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Knowledge of containerisation concepts (Docker)
• Experience with data manipulation libraries (numpy, pandas)
• Interest in AI/ML integration and applications
• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

• Experience in the financial services sector (banking experience would be awesome!)
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and AI integration
• Previous work with cloud platforms (particularly GCP)
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and practices
