About The Role

Digitalent are delighted to be partnering with a large UK retailer who are looking to grow their current in-house development team, with the addition of at least 2 Full Stack Developers. These are FULLY REMOTE opportunities (or hybrid should you prefer).
  
If you have a deep passion to develop, are highly motivated, proactive, and team-orientated they are looking for you. You'll have the chance to move fast, deploy frequently, and make a real impact on their digital portfolio.
  
The successful candidates will work across their scrum teams delivering complex automotive / ecommerce projects.
  
This will provide the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for projects and initiatives.
  
  
The Role
  

• Agile - we give our scrum teams the space to learn, collaborate, prioritise, refactor, and improve.
• Full stack coding - we go where the work takes us, though expertise in Javascript, Typescript, and Node would be preferred
• Some experience with cloud technology (they use AWS)
• Continuous delivery - we deploy several times a day and are passionate about automation
• Personal development - you'll get regular feedback and opportunities to develop, at the pace you choose

  
  
Essential Experience
  

• Javascript, Typescript and NodeJS;
• Frontend: HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Developing RESTful APIs;
• Familiarity with backend architecture/patterns;
• DBs such as MSSQL, MySQL, Mongodb, DynamoDB etc;
• Preferably experience with CI/CD tools and processes and cloud technology (they use AWS)
• Git;

Nice to have
  

• Nestjs
• Bash scripting

• React or Angular ( They use React)
