They have a national network of ultra-fast, dependable Electric Forecourts that provide drivers with the confidence to go electric. About the role:

You will take responsibility for their ERP and Dynamics 365, ideally a hands on leader who has experience being both proactive in system monitoring and maintenance, as well as looking to the future to ensure that enhancements are delivered in a timely manner to support their ambitious business growth plans. 

The role requires someone with an excellent understanding of business processes, who is able to translate requirements into technical solutions, aligning system functionality with the capabilities necessary to deliver the company’s strategy. Working with multiple stakeholders and managing expectations, the ERP Systems Manager will need to leverage a team of direct reports as well as external support partners, embedding best practice solutions and consistent ways of working across the different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership of GRIDSERVE’s D365 applications, D365 lifecycle management, and the roadmap for D365 enhancement
• Liaising closely with business owners to understand business processes and requirement
• Line management of an internal development team
• Leading the team to ensure best practice development and deployment methodologies are followed
• Management of a 3rd party support partner to provide D365 support, monitoring and maintenance, ensuring adherence to or exceeding of SLAs and KPIs

About you:

• Extensive experience of a cloud ERP solution, ideally MS Dynamics 365 F&O, CE and HR applications
• Experience of cloud ERP application lifecycle management
• Experience designing and implementing system integrations using various technologies
• Experience managing third party support partners
• Ability to communicate articulately with technical and non technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of business processes and experience of triaging requirements within a fast paced environment
• A positive and calm approach that helps to build excellent working relationships
• Ability to effectively and proactively prioritise and manage workloads for yourself and your team
