CTO - AI & Machine Learning

I am on the lookout for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with specialized expertise in data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). This pivotal role will be instrumental in founding and leading a new AI team, spearheading the development and implementation of AI strategies.

You will head up:

• AI Strategy Development: Define and execute the overarching AI strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, identifying key opportunities for AI-driven innovation and growth.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, including data scientists, AI engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Technology Roadmap: Establish and maintain a technology roadmap for AI and ML initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Forge strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, research institutions, and technology vendors to leverage emerging AI capabilities.
• Data Management and Governance: Oversee the acquisition, integration, and management of large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies, leading applied research initiatives to drive competitive advantage.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business leaders, product managers, and technology teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes and products.

About you:

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles focused on AI, data science, or technology innovation
• Deep expertise in AI and ML technologies, with a track record of developing and implementing successful AI strategies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, cloud computing, and software development methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience in building and scaling AI solutions from concept to production.
