Microsoft D365 CE Business Analyst  - Fully Remote - Outside IR35, 6mths

Experience working with:

• Business Applications
• Dynamics 365 CE (Field Service, Customer Service and Sales)
• Any other CRM cloud based related Functional Analysis experience.
• Productivity Suite(Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel)
• Power Platform (Power BI, Flow, PowerApps, Dataverse)
• 3+ years minimum experience in a Functional Business Analyst/ BA role in D365 CE

The primary role of this position involves bridging the gap between Business Stakeholders, which includes end users, and the D365 Solution Partner. The goal is to enhance system utilization by designing and implementing Company processes and best practices. The objective is to harness technology to empower employees, enabling them to achieve greater productivity through improved processes.
