Job Description
Application Support Engineer required by an industry leading manufacturer based in Stoke On Trent. This is a time to join at an exciting point for them, starting with investment in the business, employees and technology to continue their growth plans.
Their current mission is to streamline and improve existing technology and systems, bringing the best new tech into the company both to maintain and strengthen their position in the market.
You will enjoy configuring flagship 3rd party software suites to suit the business requirements, liaising with different business areas to ascertain their needs and translate that into configuration. You may liaise with external third parties to support deployment and implementation and provide training to users as required. You may have an eye for UI/UX and business processes with experience using data to create solutions. You will have experience documenting to ensure best practice.
With a large tech stack, an open mind and training can be provided but ideally you will have experience with SalesForce and or Qlik Sense as a starting point.
