About the Roles

I am really excited to share multiple AI Engineering roles with you. Enjoying significant growth their need is ongoing and as such they can consider mid level to Senior AI Engineers.
 
You will work on or lead the development of AI applications, focusing on building solutions around large language models and other foundational AI tools. Working closely with both internal teams and client engineers, you'll oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI-powered products that align with strategic goals. This role offers an opportunity to influence projects at a high level while remaining hands-on in technical leadership.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI solution development from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Apply advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems, shaping the direction of projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI applications at an enterprise scale.
• Balance hands-on coding with team oversight, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
• Act as a technical leader across multiple projects, promoting high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships by communicating complex AI approaches effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development with a strong background in Python, microservices, and large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading production-grade AI solution design and development.
• Strategic thinker capable of inspiring teams and driving projects from inception to completion.
• Skilled communicator and mentor, able to guide both technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: Predominately the role is remote, but you need to be based in the UK as it will involve travelling to clients sites 2-3 times a week who are mainly based in London.
