What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in software delivery and AI-powered product development.
• Experience with Python, microservices, data technologies, and LLMs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of delivering AI solutions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for AI ethics, compliance, and responsible AI implementation.
• A mix of hands-on technical expertise and strategic delivery leadership.

Location: London - Hybrid (with flexibility and some client travel).

Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 + EMI share options + benefits
