Job Description

Digitalent are really proud to be working with an innovative and expanding consultancy specialising in Information Management and Governance. They work with best of breed software products and offer ongoing services to public, private and third sector organisations, helping to create, capture, store, manage, share and preserve information and data in a secure and compliant way.

 

They are looking to add a Project Analyst to the team, playing a key part in the successful implementation of multiple software projects across a range of clients in Finance, Insurance, Legal, Pharma and Retail.

 

Utilising your experience in leadership, co-ordination, administration, cross functional communication and working closely with the Implementation Manager, Delivery Team and Key Stakeholders you will play a key role in ensuring multiple projects are successfully delivered, hitting goals, timelines and budgets.

 

Salary and perks

  • Happy to consider all levels so salary reflects this - £28,000 - £45,000

Things you could get involved in:

  • Managing multiple project plans (monitor activity and timelines, open questions, and risks and issues) support the delivery team to update project tasks, checking plan for issues and escalate to Implementation Manager as needed.
  • Monitoring resource assignments to ensure project efficiency and project deliverables.
  • Be responsible for capturing all project activities including timesheets from all team members.
  • Provide administrative support across the organisation on all projects and services where required.
  • Lead the tracking and monitoring of day-to-day project tasks, budgets, and overall progress.
  • Partner closely with key business stakeholders, Project Delivery team members, and the Implementation Manager to define business requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining resource and project performance databases that track overall project progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.
  • Participating in project design meetings and assisting in design development.
  • Monitoring project schedules regularly to track progress, identify potential issues and assist in resolution development.
  • Develop project reports for management and clients.
  • Oversee project correspondences and the preparation and review of project related documentation.
  • Assisting in the building of a skills matrix.
  • Improving existing and developing new internal procedures.
  • Providing ad-hoc admin support where necessary.

A little about you:

  • Proven experience of leading multiple small, medium, and complex projects or programmes.
  • In depth knowledge of programme and project management methods, tool and ways of working
  • Experience with Software projects (e.g., implementing, upgrading, replacing, migrations, developing)
  • Experience with several project methodologies, prince, agile, waterfall
  • Experience with Software projects (e.g., implementing, upgrading, replacing, migrations, developing)
  • Experience working with financial data / numbers

  • Experience working within Finance, legal or consulting environment
  • Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams
  • Prince 2 or Agile
