The Role

 

We’re currently looking for an D365 F&O Support Analyst to support their ERP. GRIDSEVE is a cloud first business using the full Microsoft stack, including D365 F&O, CE, and HR for their key business processes. You’ll be working with people across the business and liaising closely with third party support partners to deliver high quality support, primarily of the F&O system, but with some work in CE and HR as well. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join a fast-growing company and gain experience across a rapidly expanding suite of Dynamics applications and integrations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support for Dynamics 365 in a calm, professional, and customer focused manner
  • Take ownership of ticket resolution for incidents and requests
  • Troubleshooting, fault resolution and escalation of incidents where necessary, liaising with 3rd party support partners for more complex incidents
  • Triage service requests, performing routine support tasks and system admin duties, and working with internal and external teams to resolve more complex requests
  • Manage and maintain user access across D365 applications and environments
  • Support ERP releases, updates and changes, including testing and supporting business users with UAT
  • Train end users on some functionality within Dynamics 365
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and Environmental and Quality Management System (compliant with ISO 9001 and 14001)

 

Skills/ Experience Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Dynamics365 gained through a previous D365 support role
  • Experience supporting D365 F&O is essential. CE and/or HR support experience is desirable
  • Experience of 3rd party solutions and integrations
  • Broad knowledge of business and accounting processes gained through previous D365 support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for getting to the root cause of issues
  • Great written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple language
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload without supervision
  • Eagerness to continue to learn and develop your technical skills
