Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable individual to take charge of the design and execution of transformative product strategies aimed at sustainable business growth. This person will lead the successful rollout of next-generation digital solutions, ensuring alignment with both organisational goals and user expectations. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative concepts to life and incorporate state-of-the-art technologies—including advancements in Generative AI—to shape the future of product innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Development: Create comprehensive product roadmaps with a strong emphasis on long-term commercial success and organisational scalability.
• End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Manage the full product lifecycle, from conceptualisation through launch. Oversee task execution and coordinate with supporting product leaders to maintain momentum and consistency across deliverables.
• Cross-Team Leadership: Direct daily activities of integrated teams spanning design, engineering, and strategy, facilitating fluid collaboration and timely achievement of objectives.
• Maintaining Project Velocity: Encourage a culture of decisive action and continuous progress, ensuring teams remain synchronised and motivated toward achieving critical project milestones.
